6/13/13 – With immigration reform still going through Congress, a number of conservative Republicans are not happy with how their party has jumped on the bandwagon to fight for a bill that concedes the argument to the Democrats. Michele Bachmann, Louie Gohmert, and Steve King made a joint appearance Thursday on Glenn Beck’s show to lobby him and his audience directly to stand up against a bill that they say is only getting bipartisan support because of how progressivism is spreading throughout the Republican party like a disease.

Bachmann insisted that they will be able to “kill” the bill, while King explained how people are getting selective information on immigration reform that only touts the positives of passing it. He said they will be holding a press conference next week, admitting that “we can’t get the right debate inside of Congress.” Bachmann described the event as a “Lincoln-Douglas debate” to tackle the issue, pointing out that the American people “pushed back hard” the last time Congress tried to take up this issue.

Bachmann added that a lot of people (singling out Beck’s viewers in particular) don’t know what’s going on, and admitted the conservative wing of the GOP is “losing badly.” She made an appeal to Beck’s viewers to flood their congressperson’s office with phone calls telling them that they want any immigration bill to make border security priority number one.

Gohmert pushed back against the idea that they are “hurting our party politically,” citing polls showing Americans having a growing distrust in government. Beck pledged that he is behind their efforts, touting that he has a “very active audience” who will send a message to Congress before the bill is voted on.

Harry Reid Blocks Vote On Border Security Amendment To Senate’s Amnesty Bill

I told you the Democrats weren’t serious about securing the border. This time, they’re not even bothering to lie about it:

On Wednesday, 06.12.13, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) blocked a vote on the border security amendment to the “Gang of Eight” immigration bill offered by Senate Judiciary Committee ranking member Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA).

Grassley was pushing for an up-or-down vote by the Senate on his amendment, which would have required the border to be secured for six full months before any legalization of illegal immigrants in America began. Reid objected to Grassley’s motion, effectively implementing a 60-vote threshold that completely blocked any attempt at a fair vote on the amendment.

To be honest about it, I’m not sure the amendment would have passed anyway, given the number of delusional RINOs in the Senate. But not even to allow a vote on something that the American people have been given lip service on since the Gang of Eight bill first surfaced from the slime of DC is a contempt that matches the way ObamaCare was shoved through. And sadly, while the democrats made certain promises, a number of Senate RINOs are still probably so deluded that they don’t realize that the liquid they unexpectedly find in their mouths isn’t soda pop. That especially applies to Marco Rubio, who’s getting to the point where he can’t even keep his lies straight on the matter any more. (BTW… Rubio’s chief of staff used to work for Soros)

The ironic part is that the Republicans who are so desperate to pass amnesty are stupidly slitting their own throats.

Most of the conservative Republican base is never going to vote for them again, especially if this passes. And neither will either the newly legalized Hispanics or the majority of Latino voters already here.

As I’ve pointed out, the heavily publicized Hispanic tidal wave of 2012 was more of a gentle ripple.

Those whom identify as Hispanics (a very loose term for an extremely diverse and intermarried group) are 9.07 of the current electorate, 23.7 million voters). Of those, only 12 million or so of that 23.7 million bothered to vote in 2012, and they went for Barack Obama by 67.5%. That’s a mere 8 million of the 12 million whom voted, or just about one third of the entire Hispanic vote available.

Two thirds of the current Hispanic vote is either Republican or up for grabs. That’s what all the verbiage and punditry is about….a grand total of less than 3.5% of the entire electorate, much of it already living in Blue States like California, New York and New Jersey. And that doesn’t even account for voter fraud in places like California where there are no voter ID laws.

A number of those legal Hispanics are smart enough to have already figured out that amnesty for over 11 million people means that a construction worker, a truck driver, a housekeeper or a hospital worker now earning $20 per hour or so is now going to face competition from someone willing to work for half that amount in worse conditions. They understand that it will be their children who will be coping with dysfunctional public schools with fifty students per classroom, that it will be their rents that go up as they compete for affordable housing and their taxes that will skyrocket to pay for social welfare benefits for the new migrants.

They won’t be voting for the politicians behind amnesty. Nor will the recipients of amnesty.Along with the Hispanics already here who haven’t figured out what amnesty means to them or simply don’t care for other reasons. they’ll be voting Democrat for more gimmees.

Don’t count on the House as a firewall either. Not if Speaker John Boehner has anything to say about it.

The Republicans continue to be worthy of Pat Caddel’s label of being the Stupid Party.

It’s vital at this point that the American people contact their representatives, especially in the House and make their voices heard to stave this off.

Jeb Bush, son of the original NWO guy (one world socialism), now says the US needs immigrants because they are ‘more fertile’. On the one hand the global elites, Progressives and RINOs from both sides of the aisle… (including both (all) the Bush’s, the Clintons, Kissinger… Biden, Obama and many of his *Czars ( for starters) are telling us the world is unsustainably over-populated, the extremists like Jay Rockefeller and Bill Gates want to purge 3-billion people, and for years they promoted cutting down our birth rate in America as well as around the world. Americans complied yet now we need to open our borders to let all those who didn’t to come in and populate our country?!?

We are being had over and over again and keep falling for it, electing and following the same people and allowing the elite controlled media to demonize any new voice that comes onto the scene (Ben Carson, Ted Cruz, Sarah Palin, Rand Paul, Michele Bachmann, Herman Cain…), or anyone that sounds the horn (Ron Paul). Wake-up America… it really is almost too late. (Amnesty, resulting in NAFTA; ObamaCare, socialized medicine; creating chaos while destroying the present US and global economy; and gun confiscation, the ‘planned’ disarming of Americans, are at the center… and all is well underway). One more Bush, Clinton or Progressive in the White House and for all intents and purposes, America with her Bill of Rights and Constitution will be gone!
