At the end of each year I do a general review of how much liberty we have lost during the past 12 months and examine the prospects for the future. It’s an ideal time to do so since there is usually a lull in the news between Christmas and New Years. Even the evil “movers and shakers” are taking time off from their work. But they’ll be back with a full plate of liberty-strangling laws come January.

As I review each one of our liberties-at-risk, I’ll try to review the major events surrounding each issue and how they support the globalist agenda that threatens our liberty. The long term goal of the globalists is to force all nations into a global government that vests itself with powers to regulate every facet of people’s lives—under the pretext of “protecting us” in areas of food and child safety, protection of the environment, economic sustainability, universal access to health care and prevention of crime and war.

Tragically, each of these areas of “protection” from supposed threats are provoked by the very globalists that brought them to our attention. Naturally, this is done to spur us to allow changes to our laws and lives that move us in the direction of more international control. All these are examples of the conflict creation tactics used by globalists to justify intervention and change. In addition, these man-made threats are hyped by the media like a drum beat for maximum effect.

Nothing is more symptomatic of this than the constant propaganda about man-made global warming. These kinds of manipulated threats are the key to keeping our world unstable, and expense. Naturally, the cause of all these problems is blamed on free markets and moves us towards greater centralized control as the solution.

One way to view the globalist progress toward world government is to observe the manner in which specific obstacles to the New World Order are being targeted and reduced by subversion, legal attacks, and media denigration. Here are the Top Ten Enemies of Globalism which are under serious attack right now.

1. Individual Liberty: While the US constitution does not specifically defend the full range of individual rights, no other legal system has ever come as close to safeguarding them as this product of the 18th century. The main thrust of attack has been to use a provoked and somewhat phony war on terror to justify the diminution of rights spelled out in the first 10 amendments to the constitution:

            a. Right to a Speedy Trial by a Jury of One’s Peers. The speedy trial provision was successfully denied a US citizen (Jose Padilla) under the excuse that since he hadn’t been charged with a crime, the speedy trial clock doesn’t apply yet—essentially justifying indefinite detention as long as no charges are filed. The jury trial of one’s peers has become a hollow principle through arbitrary jury selection rules, and judicial limits on who merits a jury trial. Judicial rules have also mandated that a jury abide by a judge’s instructions to the jury, essentially denying the long traditional role of juries to judge both the facts and whether the law is just or applied equitably to the circumstances.

            b. Habeas Corpus: The right to force government to “produce the body” of the accused and show cause why he or she is being held. This right protects against indefinite detention without charge. It was reduced to a near meaningless state by the NDAA provision granting government the permissive power to arrest and hold indefinitely anyone merely suspected of being a terrorist or enemy of the US government.

            c. Due Process: The 14th Amendment prohibited arbitrary government actions that did not follow due process requirements of the law. Executive departments like the EPA and FDA have taken upon themselves arbitrary powers that can condemn property or individual health supplements without due process. Due process is not a sure defense against the erosion of liberty, only that the bureaucrats must follow the law. When the law becomes evil, liberty is lost even under due process. All that due process demands is that takings or restrictions be open and lawful—which tyranny is many times loath to allow.

2. Freedom of Contract and Personal Judgments: this right is the essence of the Free Market—the right to make voluntary agreements with others as long as the rights of others are not threatened. The right to judge people or products as good or bad or in between is also essential to liberty. Laws restricting your right to know about dangerous product content such as pesticides, preservatives or GMO ingredients are a violation of your right to know. Anti-discrimination laws which preclude you from making a decision about associating in business and commerce with “protected minorities” (which now includes homosexuals, and transsexuals in some areas) —even on your own property—is a violation of your right of association and disassociation. It started with the Civil Rights Act which deemed any private home or business open to the general public as a public business—not private.

3. Property Rights possessed by individuals: A lot of individual rights are tied to private property—free speech, religion, privacy, association and contracts, personal corruption, etc. The concept is that you can do anything on your own property as long as you not are adversely affecting the legitimate rights of others on their property. It’s a natural law of separating competing interests when mutual agreement can’t be reached. Property rights are the target of sustainable development controls (Agenda 21), statewide land-use planning, environmental protection, excessive water controls and property taxes for things not associated with the defense of property (schools, etc).

4. Individual Right to Self-Defense against Crime AND Tyranny: The Constitution’s Second Amendment is an individual right, but was coupled with the concept of a militia to ensure that this right shall not be interpreted as a mere extension of hunting or self-defense rights—but also the right of individuals to engage in the defense of the nation when under threat of tyranny. That’s why the possession of military grade weapons is part of that right.

The globalists are fully aware that any right enshrined in constitutional language is extremely difficult to overcome. That is why they engage in constant attempts to turn voters against gun rights by creating false flag attacks on innocent citizens and even young children.

5. Right to Worship God According to the Dictates of Individual Conscience: The attack on individual rights also targets true religion not only because religious expression is a natural right but that this conspiracy is ultimately satanic in nature, and hostile to God. The First Amendment prohibition against the establishment of religion by government is a one-way separation. It prohibits government from dictating, restricting or attempting to influence religion, but it doesn’t prohibit religious influence in government as long as that influence is merely that of an individual or group expressing their individual or combined rights of expression. Religious expression is just as valid relative to government as a political party. While the government rightfully prohibits general tax funds from being used to promulgate specific religious values, it has wrongfully prohibited individuals from expressing and promoting religious values in the public arena, including schools.

Public schooling is a particular problem in liberty because it has a wrongful monopoly on tax funds, which cannot rightfully be used to promote values that are not uniformly acceptable to all taxpayers—lest a minority always feel their funds have been misused and work against their beliefs. That is why the real solution to public school restrictions on religion is to strip public schools of their monopoly on taxes and turn them into schools supported only by user fees of those who attend. All other non users are free to take their money where their particular values are supported—end of problem. Of course, supporters of public schools would quickly find they can’t afford to pay for the lavish buildings furnished by taking money from everyone.

6. Right of a Free Press: The free sharing of information and the exposing of error are essential purposes that must be protected by law. The globalists took control of the private press by buying them out over a 50 year period and replacing partisan editors with establishment hacks. All that was legal, even though prejudicial to the full exposition of truth.

Now, with the rise of the internet, the world has never had greater liberty to publish anti-government criticism with little cost. That is why, in the name of protecting against copyright infringement and child pornography the internet is being targeted for strict controls with draconian powers to shut down sites critical of government on a variety of pretexts.

7. Right of Free Speech: Free speech is an extension of private property rights and the right of contract. You don’t have the right to say anything you want or broadcast your views on another’s property except by permission, but the constitution’s founding fathers wanted to especially protect the right to speak out publically against tyranny and to be able to criticize government and expose illegal government activities. While our government has paid lip service to the right to petition the government for redress of grievances, those petitions are hardly ever heard—especially by elected representatives.

Even worse is the treatment of whistleblowers exposing illegal black operations by the CIA, DEA, NSA, FEMA, DHS, or the military. Although officially protected by law, the government has consistently failed to stop harassment and prosecution of whistleblowers.

8. Right to Privacy: While there is no stated right to privacy in the constitution, it is assumed under the strict 4th Amendment prohibition against warrantless searches of private property, papers or one’s person. Whistleblowers have detailed how the NSA spies on every means of electronic communication—telephone, email, and radio. Worse, judges are in collusion with government on this and routinely deny any legal challenges to the claimed executive State Privilege. I will state it openly: government isn’t spying to protect us from crime or terror. They are spying to track dissidents and critics.

9: Freedom of Movement: The freedom to travel freely and change locations at will is essential to taking advantage of state and national differences that may provide different levels of opportunity and protection of rights. Competing governments create different levels of personal freedom, rules and taxation. Thus, being able to “vote with your feet” is essential to liberty, and globalists don’t want people to have a wide variety of choice. They have conjured up threats of terror to justify draconian travel restrictions controls by the TSA. This has become a key element in restricting this freedom of movement and converting it into a government privilege “by permission” only.

In contrast, the globalists in both the US and Europe have continued to foment free movement for foreign nationals, and failed to effective prosecute illegal aliens, so that there exists a continual flood of counter-western culture moving into traditional Caucasian nations and diluting western values. The end result is increased conflict between non-compatible cultures.

10. National Sovereignty: More and more children are being indoctrinated with the notion of being “citizens of the world” rather than being proud of national citizenship. Technically, there is nothing wrong with a world federation of sovereign nations as long as proper constitutional limits protect individual, state and national sovereignty within their respective territories, with clear lines of demarcation between jurisdiction and powers. Sadly, since the US Constitution of 1787 virtually every constitution written for emerging nations and regional governments have institutionalized socialism and only given conflicting lip service to individual freedom.

The main attack on national sovereignty is occurring via wars of intervention, in the name of ridding the world of rogue dictators and establishing democracy. Sure, none of these nations are lead by anything but tyrants, but the West has dealt with them for decades. What we are replacing them with is just as bad, or worse. These conflicts will never be fully resolved, nor will these tribal nations ever have anything but manipulated democracies. In many cases some form of international “peacekeeping” is kept in place to maintain control—the foot in the door to world occupation.

Foreign Affairs:

Russia and China continue to increase military spending and are funding major weapons systems across the entire military spectrum: weapons in space, blue water naval vessels (carriers, submarines, destroyers, heavy cruisers, frigates, minesweepers, and resupply ships). Both nations are building state-of-the-art ballistic missile systems, while the US continues to disarm. The US has a regular “testing” program designed to shoot off and use up our replacement supply of minuteman missiles.

Russia, in particular, is embarking on a concerted effort to alienate its post-Soviet alliance with the US. The most important strategic change was Putin’s decision to refuse further Nunn Lugar aid money, used for dismantling older nuclear missiles and refurbishing nuclear warheads. Giving up this lucrative aid shows that Putin values rearmament secrecy more than the money. By rejecting the aid treaty, Putin has an excuse to dismiss US weapons inspectors from further inspections. Ironically, our weapons inspectors were never allowed full or complete access to Russia’s most secure arms plants anyway, nor the huge bunker factories in the Ural mountains like Yamantau Mountain. Putin’s signing of a ban on US adoption of Russian children was meant to help reestablish a sense of Russian nationalism and build a wall of pride against all things American.

China continues to build weapons of mass destruction and missile systems of intercontinental range—which are hidden in miles of underground tunnels, estimated to be more than 3,000 total miles underground. No other country, except Russia, has such an aggressive spying program like China. China also attacks US cyber network on a daily basis, and yet the US says nothing in condemnation, nor imposes any sanctions. Worse, China openly called for legislation to disarm US citizens in the wake of the Newtown massacre—another sign that China sees a great advantage in a disarmed America, relative to future invasion plans.

China continues to experiment with the full range of stealth weapons and satellite kill vehicles. Small and medium range missiles continue to be deployed opposite Taiwan. One training aircraft carrier has already been deployed, and 3 advanced carrier designs are being built. Not a month goes by where China does not exercise its naval muscle as it intimidates smaller neighboring countries into yielding islands and territory in the seas around China that may contain oil deposits. The US is partly responsible for this new aggressiveness, having ousted Chinese oil concessions in Libya, and soon in Iran.

North Korea, the “bad boy” puppet of Red China, continues to throw its weight around militarily in the region. Korean leaders rejoiced in the successful launch on Dec. 12 of another long range rocket that put NK’s first satellite into orbit. But the people are still starving, and naval and border encroachments across the DMZ are a weekly affair in the Korean peninsula. The North Koreans are always probing the border to test US and S. Korean resolve—and we bend over backward to not respond in any way—which only emboldens N. Korea.

I continue to note the strange dichotomy between how the West aggressively targets Iran, who does not have a fully developed nuclear weapons program nor rockets capable of more than medium range delivery. Yet North Korea, the most tyrannical and aggressive nation on earth, has a full nuclear program, has tested several warheads and has the missile capability to delivery weapons of mass destruction as far away as Hawaii. Strangely, the US has guaranteed Pyongyang “no regime change,” and assured them that there are “no military options” on the table. I can only conclude that NK is being preserved by the globalists for a trigger event for WWIII.

In the Middle East, the US and NATO continue to seek a justification to create a no fly zone around Syria, which is always much more than that. US and NATO special forces intervene with secret military direction, spy satellite data, communications and special operations against targets too tough for irregular forces. This week, it appears that the American media is hyping the chemical weapons threat as an excuse to intervene.

NBC news claims that “Several die after Assad’s forces use ‘poisonous gases’” Note, they didn’t say chemical weapons, because that would be an outright lie. What someone used, and it was most likely NOT the Syrian government, was a dose of pesticide spray. “Several Syrians have died after inhaling poisonous gas released by government forces in rebel-held districts of Homs, local eyewitnesses and activists claimed Monday [hardly unbiased].”

In fact, it is doubtful that there were any deaths actually attributed to the “gas” which was really just fumes. NBC admitted that “The gas is thought to have been a concentrated irritant, but not one of the deadly chemical weapons stockpiled by the regime of Syria president Bashar Assad.” NBC had to admit that “Claims by either side in Syria’s bitter civil war are almost impossible to independently verify because journalists are rarely allowed access to the country.” But they still state such claims as fact.

Assad would have to be a fool’s fool to use anything the West could construe as chemical weapons, knowing that that is exactly what the West wants him to do.

If the US decides to capitalize on this report, and begins air attacks on Syrian aircraft, I would expect the regime to fall within 6-12 weeks. Israel is getting anxious to attack Iran, but cannot afford to do so until Assad is overthrown and his chemical and biological weapons are no longer a retaliation threat to Israel after striking Assad’s ally in Iran.

I reiterate my long-standing claim that the war against Iran will not turn into WWIII. Russia is showing not signs of stopping the West from overthrowing Assad. Russia can gain much more by letting Assad fall, snooping on our military technology, and allowing the West to appear once again as the aggressor.

None of these events have significantly altered my estimate that war with Russia and China is still 8-10 years away. It takes that long to complete war preparations on the scale required to take on the US, NATO and Israel. Russia and China are both very much afraid of what they don’t know about secret weapons systems being developed by the US.

This year we witnessed the establishment’s powerful manipulation of the US election in order to defeat Mitt Romney. To the Powers That Be (PTB) defeating Romney was even more important that re-electing Obama—puppets are a dime a dozen, but crushing candidates who insert themselves in the political process uninvited have to be stopped. It wasn’t because Romney was rich, or a Mormon, or even that he bent over backward to please them that brought on this massive propaganda campaign against him. It was the fact that Romney was not part of the insider elite, and had not been invited inside. That’s what had to be crushed, lest others follow suit.

They don’t want self-made millionaires crashing their controlled political system—even when the candidate is willing to bend to their rules, take on globalist advisors and accept every establishment position. The bottom line is that there are so many illegal black operations going on inside the CIA, NSA, DEA, FBI and military, they can’t afford to have a none-insider (especially one who can’t be blackmailed for some indiscretion) see something that he might object to.

To make sure that defeat sticks, the liberal media has been publishing numerous anti-Romney articles, detailing every mistake that was supposedly made in the last week of the election, and strongly insinuating that he should never run again. Romney seems sufficiently beaten down that I don’t think he’ll be back.

Manipulation of voter registration to allow millions of illegal voters was a major factor in skewing the election in favor of Obama, but “losing” millions of military and other ballots also denied Romney important Republican votes. In total, it appears that the PTB eliminated at least 8 million votes in order to make sure Obama won. That’s how many fewer votes were recorded compared to the lackluster election battle of 2008. There is no way that the contest between Obama and Romney was less contentious or energizing than the Obama-McCain fight.

Domestic Policy:

Property rights are about to take a major hit as Agenda 21 is adopted in more and more smaller communities under the guise of conservation, the environment and sustainability. However, there is a strong push back developing at the local level as more and more citizens become aware of the dangers of external control over property rights.

As Michael Snyder wrote this week, “After Agenda 21 was adopted, an international organization known as the ‘International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives’ (ICLEI) was established to help implement the goals of Agenda 21 in local communities. One thing that they learned very quickly was that the ‘Agenda 21′ label was a red flag for a lot of people. It tended to create quite a bit of opposition on the local level.

“As they try to implement their goals, they very rarely use the term ‘Agenda 21′ anymore. Instead, they use much more harmless sounding labels such as ‘smart growth’, ‘comprehensive land use planning’ and especially ‘sustainable development’. So just because something does not carry the Agenda 21 label does not mean that it is not promoting the goals of Agenda 21.

“The goals of Agenda 21 are not only being implemented in the United States. This is a massive worldwide effort that is being coordinated by the United Nations. An article that was posted on discussed some of the history of Agenda 21…

“In simplified terms, Agenda 21 is a master blueprint, or guidelines, for constructing ‘sustainable’ communities. Agenda 21 was put forth by the UN’s Commission on Sustainable Development, and was adopted by over 200 countries (signed into ‘soft law’ by George Bush Sr.) at the United Nations Rio Conference in 1992. In 1994 the President’s Council for Sustainable Development was created via Executive Order by Bill Clinton to begin coordinating efforts at the Federal level to make the US Agenda 21 compliant.

“The same year that Bill Clinton established the President’s Council for Sustainable Development, the International Code Council was also created. The International Code Council has developed a large number of ‘international codes’ which are intended to replace existing building codes all over the United States.”

The following building codes have been with us for years, and are not too intrusive compared to normal building standards—International Building Code, Fire Code, Plumbing Code, the Mechanical Code and Zoning Code.

The control agenda really gets intrusive, however, when you start dealing with the Energy Conservation Code, Performance Code, Wildland Urban Interface Code, Existing Building Code, Property Maintenance Code, Private Sewage Disposal Code and Green Construction Code. These codes are very intrusive and are built around the environmental control agenda. Not every community has adopted these other intrusive codes, however.

As Snyder notes, “So what often happens is that there will be fights in local communities between citizens that are concerned about the encroachment of Agenda 21 and local politicians who regard such talk as nonsense. The following is an example of what is happening all over the nation…

“Summit Hill Borough Council last night unanimously adopted the ‘2012 edition of the International Property Maintenance Code,’ but not before some audience members expressed vehement opposition to it. An overflow crowd of 34 people attended the meeting, with some there to specifically voice their displeasure.

“Sandy Dellicker, a borough resident, said she was against using an ‘international’ maintenance code, arguing that it falls under the plan of Agenda 21 of the United Nations; an agenda for the 21st Century. She said, ‘UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development is the action plan to inventory and control all land, all water, all minerals, all plants, all animals, all construction, all means of production, all information, all energy, and all human beings in the world…. This is not a conspiracy theory,’ she told the council. ‘This is for real.’

“She said the International Property Maintenance Code had been adopted in Montgomery County, but the county ‘has already gotten rid of it’ because of its dictatorial direction. [City] Council members pooh-poohed her assessment. ‘In my opinion, the International Property Maintenance Code is to protect citizens [always the excuse],’ said Council President Michael Kokinda.

“It would be great if these codes were just about public safety. But that is simply not the case. Sadly, these codes are often used to fine or even imprison homeowners that haven’t done anything wrong. Sometimes ‘code violations’ are even used as a justification to legally steal property from law-abiding homeowners. A post on the Freedom Reigns Radio blog detailed some of the things that are often done in the name of ‘code enforcement’. His interpretation is a bit extreme, but the raw power is there, should they ever choose to really come after someone who objects.

1) The ‘Code Official’ – anybody the jurisdiction calls – a ‘Code Official’ – is the sole interpreter – no due process! [actually, there are ways to appeal, however]

2) Every day an offense occurs is a separate misdemeanor – a $555/day and/or a month in jail (in Charleston, W.Va). They can fine you out of your home and jail you at their whim [only if you resist paying the fine]!

3) Anything the ‘Code Official’ says is not in good working condition – sticky window, dented or plugged gutter, torn window screen – whatever he says is not in good working order – hundreds of dollars of fines per day and/or jail time – usually a month – for every day the offense occurs [while these are almost never employed out of fear of creating a wave of opposition, these draconian powers are there and can be used when they want to].

4) Any unsanitary condition – whatever the ‘Code Official’ says is an ‘unsanitary condition’ – empty pop cans – puddles – dog droppings on your property – same deal – same fines.

5) Any plant that the ‘Code Official’ says is a ‘noxious weed.’

6) Codes can be ‘adopted’ by ‘administrative decree.’

“In summary, without court action or notice, a code official can do the following:

1) Enter your house whenever he – the sole interpreter – deems reasonable.

2) Prevent you from entering your house.

3) Tear your house down with your stuff in it.

4) Bill you for the demolition.

5) Place a lien on it for fines and/or demolition charges.

6) no insurance will cover your losses.

“These codes restrict what homeowners can do with their own properties in thousands of different ways. If you rebel against one of the codes, the penalties can be extremely harsh. And there is often ‘selective enforcement’ of these codes. That means that they will leave most people alone but they will come down really hard on people that they do not like.” Sad, but increasingly true.

Fiscal Cliff and the Economy:

Back from the briefest of holidays back home, Congress is back in session with the fiscal cliff deadline days away. Obama has finally bypassed his secret one-on-one talks with Boehner—previously granted the exclusive right to negotiate for the majority in Congress. Now, Obama has called a summit with a larger group, hoping to use the perceived failure of the Republicans to wring out last-minute concessions.

As Reuters put it, with an obviously skewed poll conducted by themselves, “Americans blame Republicans in Congress more than congressional Democrats or President Barack Obama for the current ‘fiscal cliff’ crisis, as the deadline approaches for action to avert big tax increases and spending cuts, a Reuters/Ipsos poll showed on Thursday.”

In reality, the public blamed “all of the above.” “When asked who they believed to be more responsible for the ‘fiscal cliff’ situation, 27 percent blamed Republicans in Congress, 16 percent blamed Obama and 6 percent pointed to Democrats in Congress. The largest percentage – 31 percent – blamed ‘all of the above.’”

These should have blamed themselves since virtually none of the benefit corrupted minorities are willing to allow their pet program to be cut. They’d rather hold on to their government payout stub to the bitter end, even if it drags the country down to bankruptcy.

With the media putting the blame on the Republicans, their tactic of throwing the ball back into Obama’s court isn’t working. But in reality, NO ONE wants to take the much higher blame for what would happen should they NOT make a deal. Time is running out, and I think the fallout from not making a deal and letting the huge tax increases go forward would be a disaster for both sides.

Let’s face it. There’s no solution. It’s just a matter of how they’re going to prolong this problem until some future administration can take the blame. In reality, there is no political will to cut the necessary spending. W Wheatfield put the problem into stark terms that no one can misunderstand, as he moves the national deficit spending problem into terms any homeowner can understand. Basically, he removes 6 zeros from federal spending numbers and shows you how this would compare to a normal family’s hopeless budget shortfalls:

National figures:

* U.S. Tax revenue: $2,170,000,000,000

* Fed budget: $3,820,000,000,000

* New debt: $ 1,650,000,000,000

* National debt: $14,271,000,000,000

* Recent budget cuts: $ 38,500,000,000

Let’s remove 8 zeros and pretend it’s a household budget:

*Annual family income: $21,700

*Money the family spent: $38,200

*New debt on the credit card: $16,500

*Outstanding balance on the credit card: $142,710

* Total budget cuts so far: $38.50

See how minuscule the cuts are in comparison to the problem? I predict there will be a deal, but it will only postpone the pain to another time.

Meanwhile, I feel that the economy will make a mild inflationary recovery during the next two years. Rental housing is at peak demand, and millions are graduating each year from college, scraping together jobs and getting married. Eventually, that demand has to spill over into a partial housing recovery (at least on paper).

So, the bottom line is that I’m discounting completely the hype about imminent collapse of either the dollar or the economy. I’ve outlined the details of that reasoning in prior briefs. That’s not an excuse to go speculating in the markets, but it does give you more time to prepare and get financially out from under any unwanted home mortgages. You may yet have one more opportunity to sell and get out of debt.

Gun Control Coming:

It appears that some kind of gun restrictions will be pushed through in January in the wake of the Newtown massacre. Perennial gun banner Sen. Diane Feinstein is ready with a new assault weapons ban and much more. Her proposal would ban about 120 weapons that can meet her new and broadened criteria of an assault weapon. Already purchased weapons will be grandfathered, but not as before. All owners of these weapons will have to declare them in a nationwide gun registration, and be fingerprinted. Ammunition bans or controls are also being proposed. I don’t believe they have the votes to get a general gun ban, just the predicted attack on assault weapons and large capacity magazines.

This week, I received almost a dozen inquiries on what I think about the latest predictions of the Doug Hagmann’s (Northeast Intelligence Network) insider source claiming to be a highly placed official in the Department of Homeland Security. I think his insider claim is completely bogus and he is playing the conspiracy crowd for fools. The source continues to claim that the dollar is about to collapse and total gun control is imminent. His latest excuse for why his August claims didn’t come true is laughable. I’m giving this issue significant space because I want my readers to learn how to see through this junk.

None of these imminent collapse people have ever thought through the process of collapse, hyperinflation or the dollar demise. If they had, they’d realize how difficult it would be to happen. Lastly, none of these bogus insiders seem to really understand the long-term direction of the conspirators. It is very possible they are government disinformation experts trying to discredit the movement and taking advantage of the hype many conservative pundits are spreading—mostly about imminent collapse. At the very least, these disinformation plants are laughing their heads off at the gullibility of Doug Hagmann and Steve Quayle who keep giving lots of coverage to these bogus claims. Once a commentator starts living on hype, they can’t seem to ever go back to rational coverage.

Douglas J. Hagmann interviews his “source,” and I’ll dissect what clearly is bunk and why Hagmann should being fooled by this disinformation character—I won’t say expert, because he’s too sloppy in his speech for that.

Hagmann (DH): “after a lengthy, self-imposed informational black-out [because nothing he said last time was coming true. It took him a while to prepare his next fib], my high-level DHS contact known as ‘Rosebud’ [claimed code name] emerged with new, non-public information about plans being discussed and prepared for implementation by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in the near future. It is important to note that this black-out was directly related to the aggressive federal initiative of identifying and prosecuting ‘leakers,’ at least those leaks and leakers not sanctioned by the executive office – the latter of which there are many [This is very bad analysis. No leaker is going to get away with what Hagmann claims if he keeps posting all his revelations on his website. Besides, the feds surveil every phone, especially those of people like Hagmann, who talks so openly about his insider sources].

“Due to those circumstances, my source exercised an abundance of caution to avoid compromising a valuable line of communication until he had information he felt was significant enough to risk external contact [he’s not cautious at all. He’s constantly talking to Hagmann. If Hagmann were more interested in protecting his “source” he wouldn’t be using his code name or even saying that his source is “highly placed in Homeland Security.” How tough is that to track?]’

“The following information is the result of an in-person contact between this author and ‘Rosebud’ within the last 48 hours. With his permission, the interview was digitally recorded and the relevant portions of the contact are provided in a conversational format for easier reading. The original recording was copied onto multiple discs and are maintained in secure locations for historical and insurance purposes [if a source was really careful, he’d never allow this kind of widespread publication on the internet, citing him as the source, nor any copies of the interview at all. There is no such “safe place” when you are high profile like Hagmann claiming what he does. All of this verbiage is not how trained intel agents work with sensitive information].

DH: I’ve received a lot of e-mail from people wondering where you went and why you’ve been so quiet.

Rosebud: As I told you earlier, things are very dicey. Weird things began to happen before the election and have continued since. Odd things, a clampdown of sorts. I started looking and I found (redacted), and that shook me up. I’m not the only one, though, that found a (redacted) [so why put these redacted comments in, except to impress readers with his intel talk?] so this means there’s surveillance of people within DHS by DHS [of course]. So, that explains this cloak and dagger stuff for this meeting [hardly cloak and dagger if he’s giving Hagmann permission to broadcast with all these details].

DH: I’ve received many e-mails asking if you are the same person giving information to Ulsterman [another disinfo agent working this side of the internet]. Are you?

Rosebud: No, but I think I know at least one of his insiders.

DH: Do you trust him or her. I mean, the Ulsterman source [Ulsterman claims to have a source inside the White House giving him all kinds of details on Obama’s lazy habits, but nothing useful about who’s really running the show there]?

Rosebud: Yes.

DH: Okay, so last August, you said things were ‘going hot.’ [military jargon meaning, being put into motion] I printed what you said, and things did not seem to happen as you said [that’s an understatement. Nothing happen as he claimed! —an October surprise (staged crisis) leading to suspended elections that would keep Obama in power beyond the 2012 elections].

Rosebud: You’d better recheck your notes and compare [them] with some of the events leading up to the election. I think you’ll find that a full blown campaign of deception took place to make certain Obama got back into office [Well, that’s present in every campaign. He claimed that something would cancel the election]. The polls, the media, and a few incidents that happened in the two months before the election. I guess if people are looking for some big event they can point to and say ‘aha’ for verification, well then I overestimated people’s ability to tell when they are being lied to [He’s obviously depending on people’s ignorance if they swallow this line].

DH: What specific incidents are you referring to?

Rosebud: Look at the threats to Obama. Start there. The accusations of racism. Then look at the polls, and especially the judicial decisions about voter ID laws. Bought and paid for, or where there was any potential for problems, the judges got the message, loud and clear. Then look at the voter fraud. And not a peep from the Republicans [that’s because they had already agreed in a consent decree after a former case not to protest any voter registration irregularities]. Nothing. His second term was a done deal in September. This was planned. Frankly, the Obama team knew they had it sewn up long before election day. Benghazi could have derailed them, but the fix was in there, so I never saw anything on my end to suggest a ready-made solution had to be implemented [And that’s what I said when he first made this bogus claim. They always have some excuse when their disinformation claims collapse. Shame on Hagmann for believing this bunk].

DH: What’s going on now?

Rosebud: People better pay close attention over the next few months. First, there won’t be any meaningful deal about the fiscal crisis. This is planned, I mean, the lack of deal is planned [nonsense]. In fact, it’ necessary to pave the way for what is in the short term agenda.

DH: Wait, you’re DHS – not some Wall Street insider.

Rosebud: So you think they are separate agendas? [Yes they operate for very separate purposes and there is little chance either knows the big overall agenda] The coming collapse of the U.S. dollar is a done deal [he’s claiming it is imminent and he’s dead wrong]. It’s been in the works for years – decades, and this is one of the most important cataclysmic events that DHS is preparing for [not at all. He’s making this up. You can’t collapse and replace the dollar without a world government body to control the new currency, and the fed isn’t going to hand over power over money to anyone but themselves at the global level—and it will take war to get us to global government]. I almost think that DHS was created for that purpose alone, to fight Americans, not protect them, right here in America. But that’s not the only reason. There’s the gun issue too.

DH: So, what are you seeing at DHS?

Rosebud: We don’t have a lot of time, tonight – our meeting – as well as a country. I mean I have heard – with my own ears – plans being made that originate from the White House that involve the hierarchy of DHS. You gotta know how DHS works at the highest of levels. It’s Jarrett and Napolitano, with Jarrett organizing all of the plans and approaches. She’s the one in charge, at least from my point of view, from what I am seeing [Baloney. She’s only in the White House to oversee the radical Left programs—which is a red herring to keep people thinking Obama is a Marxist instead of a globalist]. Obama knows that’s going on and has say [not so], but it seems that Jarrett has the final say, not the other way around. This really went into high gear since the election [Ulsterman could get away saying this with a claimed White House insider, but no one from the DHS is going to have this kind of knowledge about the White House].

“By the way, there has been a lot of communication recently between Napolitano and Pistole [TSA head]. They are planning to use TSA agents in tandem with local police for certain operations that are being planned right now. This is so [deleted] important that you cannot even begin to imagine. If you get nothing else out of this, please, please make sure you tell people to watch the TSA and their increasing involvement against the American public. They are the stooges who will be the ones to carry out certain plans when the dollar collapses and the gun confiscation begins….

“Life for the average American is going to change significantly, and not the change people expect. First, DHS is preparing to work with police departments and the TSA to respond to civil uprisings that will happen when there is a financial panic. And there will be one, maybe as early as this spring, when the dollar won’t get you a gumball. I’m not sure what the catalyst will be, but I’ve heard rumblings about a derivatives crisis as well as an oil embargo. I don’t know, that’s not my department. But something is going to happen to collapse the dollar, which has been in the works since the 1990’s. Now if it does not happen as soon as this, it’s because there are people, real patriots, who are working to prevent this, so it’s a fluid dynamic [always has an out when it doesn’t happen—but I’ll guarantee you it isn’t because patriots stopped it].

“Anyway, I am hearing that the plan from on high is to let the chaos play out for a while, making ordinary citizens beg for troops to be deployed to restore order, but it’s all organized to make them appear as good guys… Count on the criminalization to possess just about every gun you can think of [no way they can get away with a total ban in one fell swoop]. Not only restrictions, but actual criminalization of possessing a banned firearm [that’s different from “every gun you can think of.”]. I heard this directly from the highest of my sources. Plans were made in the 90’s but were withheld. [Then he talks about Sandy Hook massacre] But I am hearing that won’t be the final straw. There will be another if they think it’s necessary [doesn’t take an insider to see that pattern]… They will also go after the ammunition, especially at the manufacturer’s level. They will require a special license for certain weapons, and make it impossible to own anything. More draconian than England.

“The federal agencies have identified people who present a danger to them and their agendas. I don’t know if they are color coded like you mentioned [proves he isn’t in the know], red blue purple or peach mango or whatever, but they exist. In fact, each agency has their own [but the feds consolidate all lists]. You know, why is it so (expletive deleted) hard for people to get their heads around the existence of lists with names of people who pose a threat to their plans?

DH: How soon do you see things taking place?

Rosebud: They already are in motion [he said that in August and it wasn’t true]. If you’re looking for a date I can’t tell you [but he already said spring, so he’s waffling now]. Remember, the objectives are the same, but plans, well, they adapt. They exploit. Watch how this fiscal cliff thing plays out. This is the run-up to the next big economic event. I can’t give you a date. I can tell you to watch things this spring. Start with the inauguration and go from there. Watch the metals, when they dip [actually, if insiders knew about it metals would jump—not dip, at the imminent collapse of the dollar]. At this point, my contact asked me to reserve further disclosures until after the inauguration.”

In other words, tantalize your audience for my next appearance. This guy is obviously knowledgeable of all the hype on the internet and he’s simply making things up surrounding those hyped claims. He is not careful in his words, talks off the cuff, and gives many signs that he is making up the part about being high up inside the DHS.

The telltale sign that he is inventing all this is that he gives us nothing to nail him down on, nor any specific that we can check. I can guarantee my readers that if he were real, making these kinds of claims (if true), he’d be caught within hours by the dark side of government and made to disappear.

Remember, the dollar is in no danger of either dramatic collapse or hyperinflation. Dollar loss of value will happen gradually. The FED can keep inflating at the current rate (11% raw numbers and 7-9% spilling over into the real economy) because of the huge base of dollars spread around the world. Besides, there is no other currency in the world big enough to absorb trades if everyone was dumping the dollar.

A derivative collapse could start a major run for liquidity, but they’ve already bailed out one derivative crisis with AIG and in the Greek default (which they refused to call a default) and there’s no indication they can’t intervene again for quite a while longer.

The bottom line is, you’ve got time to do things in a calm manner. Don’t procrastinate but there’s no need to be following every post by these disinformation artists. [END]

About Ask Marion

I am a babyboomer and empty nester who savors every moment of my past and believes that it is the responsibility of each of us in my generation and Americans in general to make sure that America is as good or even a better place for future generations as it was for us. So far... we haven't done very well!! Favorite Quotes: "The first 50 years are to build and acquire; the second 50 are to leave your legacy"; "Do something that scares you every day!"; "The journey in between what you once were and who you are becoming is where the dance of life really takes place". At age 62 I find myself fighting inoperable uterine Cancer and thanks to the man upstairs and the prayers from so many people including many of my readers from AskMarion and JustOneMorePet... I'm beating it. After losing our business because of the economy and factors related to the re-election of President Obama in 2012 followed by 16-mos of job hunting, my architect-trained husband is working as a trucker and has only been home approximately 5-days a month since I was diagnosed, which has made everything more difficult and often lonely... plus funds are tight. Our family medical deductible is 12K per year for two of us; thank you ObamaCare. But thanks to donations from so many of you, we are making ends meet as I go through treatment while taking care of my father-in-law who is suffering from late stage Alzheimer's and my mother-in-law who suffers from RA and onset dementia as well as hearing loss, for which there are no caretaker funds, as I continue the fight here online to inform and help restore our amazing country. And finally I need to thank a core group of family, friends, and readers... all at a distance, who check in with me regularly. Plus, I must thank my furkids who have not left my side through this fight. You can see them at JustOneMorePet.
