There are more people in need this year than ever before since the Great Depression and the so-called safety is pretty thin and contains lots of holes for people to fall through. Please dig a little deeper and perhaps skip some of the excessive activities and gifts this year and donate the savings instead. Sometimes we get side tracked in the commercialism and forget the true meaning of Christmas… of the season?!? Become part of the army of patriots and good neighbors which will be the real answer to saving America.
Beginning December 1st (tomorrow), AskMarion will start our own version of ‘the War on… The War on Christmas’, Hanukah and American traditions and religion series. Joins us daily throughout the month of December.
God Bless America, Happy Hanukah and Merry Christmas!

As someone reminded me lately… All the organizations above do good work. The question is don’t you want the majority of what you donate to go to the poor, the needy and projects to help people instead of overhead? Because of emails and messages like the one above, some of the compensation packages have been reduced down, but I don’t have the new figures… but nevertheless, the heads of the second group of organizations still make less.
