About Ask Marion

I am a babyboomer and empty nester who savors every moment of my past and believes that it is the responsibility of each of us in my generation and Americans in general to make sure that America is as good or even a better place for future generations as it was for us. So far... we haven't done very well!! Favorite Quotes: "The first 50 years are to build and acquire; the second 50 are to leave your legacy"; "Do something that scares you every day!"; "The journey in between what you once were and who you are becoming is where the dance of life really takes place". At age 62 I find myself fighting inoperable uterine Cancer and thanks to the man upstairs and the prayers from so many people including many of my readers from AskMarion and JustOneMorePet... I'm beating it. After losing our business because of the economy and factors related to the re-election of President Obama in 2012 followed by 16-mos of job hunting, my architect-trained husband is working as a trucker and has only been home approximately 5-days a month since I was diagnosed, which has made everything more difficult and often lonely... plus funds are tight. Our family medical deductible is 12K per year for two of us; thank you ObamaCare. But thanks to donations from so many of you, we are making ends meet as I go through treatment while taking care of my father-in-law who is suffering from late stage Alzheimer's and my mother-in-law who suffers from RA and onset dementia as well as hearing loss, for which there are no caretaker funds, as I continue the fight here online to inform and help restore our amazing country. And finally I need to thank a core group of family, friends, and readers... all at a distance, who check in with me regularly. Plus, I must thank my furkids who have not left my side through this fight. You can see them at JustOneMorePet.

What’s the mailing address for the new GBTV studio in Texas? I want to send them a few books. I still love Dallas, Texas. After service in the Marine Corps I settled in Dallas as a journalist. I said to myself then this is where I wanted to spend the rest of my life. I was based there for 3 years when one day, I got a call from our New York office telling me there was an opening in Tokyo. Of
    course I said yes.

  2. Dan Gilliam says:

I saw this address on the internet. I want to send Glen a large map of North America printed in 1922 with all the locations and call signs of all the radio stations at that time. I found it in a antique store in Tappahanook,Va. and bought it for Glenn. It would look great framed.

    • Ask Marion says:

Glad you found the address here on my site, Dan. I think Glenn will love that map and it is great that someone like him (and David Bartone) has the money, facilities and desire to save those things from being destroyed forever!

Great gift! Thanks for being a patriot and being part of the fight!! Marion~

  3. Nonnie Owens says:

Hi Marion, and thank you for your blog. I am sending Glenn a copy of the letter I am sending to CEO Thomas W. Horton from American Airlines in regard to the HORRIBLE treatment Glenn received on a recent flight from NYC. Please know that MANY American employees are VERY upset about the audacity of the male flight attendant. I would have been so honored to have greeted/served Glenn and his family on one of my many flights years ago.

    • Ask Marion says:

Glad to hear that you are sending a letter to Thomas W. Horton on Glenn’s behalf and sending Glenn a copy. I know he will appreciated it. I am sure there are lots of American Airlines employees who would glady serve Glenn and his family and some who even really like him and his message. It sadly always only takes one bad apple.

      Thanks for the heads-up!!

      Marion~

    Hi, Marion:

Here’s what Beck & Company needs to study if there’s to be clarity on its part about the PSYCHOLOGICAL nature of the political combatants LEFT and RIGHT (( study my two posts at the bottom of this page for an analysis )):

There exist tragic flaws in Glenn Beck’s understanding of the history of Marxism, which may cause him future pain when he’s compelled to wake up about it, and which awakening I’ve (( jokingly )) thought to create this life-saving blog: the Society for Prevention of Glenn Beck’s Future Suicide.

An example of his ignorance is the day he, Stu and Pat had joked about, and mocked!, the John Birch Society, as if that noble/moral organization hadn’t been giving accurate warnings in the 1950s that Beck now sees as his own discoveries–re advancing socialism/communism.

Alas, there’s so much more that he needs to learn!

  5. Kylie B. says:

    Hi,

I wanted to send a letter to Glenn. I am only 13 but I wanted to have Mr. Beck know that I listen to him as much as possible and I also have a few words about how amazing he has been and my thoughts about how America has changed over the course of the years. If I am eligible to send him this letter, will he get it or not?

Thanks and may God bless all.

P.S.- I also live in Houston and was so thrilled to hear Glenn had moved to the Dallas area this past year!

  6. I to want to send Mr. Beck a gift support his Dream Labs enterprise. When he was in New York we sent a gift an it appears that it got lost. Hoping he receives this gift this time an he will reach him at the above address. Thanks Southern Patriot

  7. sonia2 says:

  8. Lin Kieft says:

I Just heard about Glenn Beck’s new diet… I have Rheumatoid arthritis and have been on the same (almost) diet since 2008! I got so disgusted I wrote a cookbook- Its called The No No No No Cookbook. I can’t even have lettuce!!! Your answer to no butter: coconut oil, coconut butter, olive oil, palm oil.. The most difficult thing I had to give up: COFFEE!!!! I found roasted chickory root granules- tastes a lot like coffee- Stevia is a terrific sweetner, and is a great sugar replacement. I’d love to send Glenn a copy! I lost 40 lbs which I didn’t need to loose, but I’m still alive and breathing!

  9. Launcelot says:

    Hi,
I was wondering if this address, (from above) is still accurate?
    Glenn Beck at GBTV
    The Studios at Las Colinas
    6301 Riverside Drive, Suite #1
    Irving, Texas 75039
    972-869-0700
I would like to send Glen a book and want to be sure he gets it. I have been given two different POBs for Glen, not sure which is correct, and then I found this page that lists the physical address for Glens studios. This book that I want to send him is for his health concern and I really would hate it to go to the wrong place and have him never get it! :–( Thank you!!!
